On the afternoon of March 19, the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) - Ho Chi Minh City Police Department announced the adjustment of traffic organization on some routes in the city center to serve the organization of the 5th Youth Festival (YOUTH FEST) in 2025.
Accordingly, in order to ensure order and traffic safety for the above event, the Traffic Police Department - Ho Chi Minh City Police informs people about traffic restrictions on Pham Ngoc Thach Street (section in front of the City Youth Cultural House, from Nguyen Thi Minh Khai to Nguyen Van Chiem), Ben Nghe Ward, District 1.

Alternative route:
Direction 1: Nguyen Thi Minh Khai – Hai Ba Trung – Le Duan – go to Cong Xa Paris towards Dong Khoi or Le Duan – towards Ton Duc Thang.
Direction 2: Le Duan – Pasteur – Nguyen Thi Minh Khai – Pham Ngoc Thach – towards Turtle Lake or Pasteur – go straight towards Vo Thi Sau.
Based on the actual situation, the Traffic Police Department will organize and arrange forces to carry out traffic diversion work appropriately, minimizing the impact on the daily lives of people traveling through this area.
