Focus on attracting investment, supporting and facilitating businesses to increase investment and develop production in Hai Ha seaport industrial park, speeding up the implementation progress and putting it into operation.

The district focuses on solutions to attract and develop sustainable tourism, including organizing linkages to develop products, markets, connect tours, routes, and tourist destinations with localities in the province.
