At the ceremony, comrade Duong Binh Phuong approved Decision No. 19-QD/DU, dated March 21, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies on renaming the Party Cell of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the People's Council of Tra Vinh province to the Party Cell of the People's Council of Tra Vinh province.

Through Decision No. 26-QD/DU, dated March 28, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies on the appointment of the Executive Committee of the Tra Vinh Provincial People's Council Party Cell, term 2020 - 2025.

Comrade To Thi Thu Hong (fourth, from right), Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies, presented decisions to the Executive Committee of the Tra Vinh Provincial People's Council Party Cell, term 2020 - 2025.

Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies appointed the Executive Committee of the Tra Vinh Provincial People's Council Party Cell for the 2020 - 2025 term, consisting of 07 comrades: (1) Comrade Duong Thi Ngoc Tho, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; (2) Comrade Kien Quan, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; (3) Comrade Nguyen Van Khiem, Head of the Culture - Social Committee of the Provincial People's Council; (4) Comrade Than Thi Ngoc Kieu, Head of the Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council; (5) Comrade Tran Van Phong, Head of the Legal Committee of the Provincial People's Council; (6) Comrade Thach Giau, Head of the Ethnic Committee of the Provincial People's Council; (7) Comrade Kim Vui, Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council.

Comrade To Thi Thu Hong (right), Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies, presented the decision appointing the Executive Committee of the Tra Vinh Provincial People's Council Party Cell, term 2020 - 2025 to comrade Duong Thi Ngoc Tho.

The Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies appointed comrade Duong Thi Ngoc Tho to hold the position of Secretary of the Tra Vinh Provincial People's Council Party Cell for the 2020-2025 term and appointed comrade Kien Quan to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Tra Vinh Provincial People's Council Party Cell for the 2020-2025 term.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade To Thi Thu Hong congratulated the Provincial People's Council Party Cell, and congratulated the comrades appointed by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committees to participate in the Executive Committee, Secretary, and Deputy Secretary of the Tra Vinh Provincial People's Council Party Cell for the 2020-2025 term.

Comrade To Thi Thu Hong suggested that the Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Council Party Cell continue to promote the achievements, lead and direct cadres and party members to successfully carry out all assigned tasks.
