Son La City organizes land use rights auction

Việt NamViệt Nam31/03/2025

This morning, Son La city held an auction of land use rights in residential planning areas in the area. Notably, this auction attracted great attention from residents and real estate investors. This is the auction with the largest number of participating applications ever, marking the revival of the local real estate market after many years of stagnation.

With over 1,000 applications and 330 customers participating in the auction of 60 plots of land... it can be seen that the level of interest in this auction is quite large compared to many years ago. This time, the city will organize auctions of land use rights at: Resettlement Area No. 1, Chieng Coi Ward; Dai Thang Residential Area, Quyet Tam Ward; Residential Area Group 12, Quyet Thang Ward; interspersed plots of land in Quyet Tam, To Hieu, and Chieng Le wards. In these auctioned plots, customers are most concentrated in Resettlement Area No. 1, Chieng Coi Ward - the center of the city. Although the area is small, only from nearly 60m2 to nearly 67m2/plot, the starting price is nearly 480 million VND to 625 million VND, reasonable for low and middle income people.

From early morning, hundreds of customers were present at the auction area to wait and watch the auction progress. The preparation for the auction was carried out seriously and in accordance with regulations by the Council for Supervision of Land Use Rights Auctions in Son La City, contributing to the publicity and transparency in the implementation of land use rights auctions in the area.
