Banks support Quang Binh province with 40 billion VND to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses

(QBĐT) - On the morning of March 31, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee held a ceremony to receive financial support to join hands in eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses (XNT, NDN) in 2025. Attending were comrade Tran Phong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of the leaders of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development (BIDV), BIDV Quang Binh Branch, Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MSB) Quang Binh Branch.

Responding to the emulation movement of the whole country joining hands to support the construction of new rural areas and enterprises launched by the Prime Minister, BIDV donated 30 billion VND to Quang Binh province; MSB donated 10 billion VND.

Speaking at the reception ceremony, BIDV Deputy General Director Hoang Viet Hung said that in response to the XNT and NDN program, BIDV has actively accompanied the localities. Particularly for Quang Binh province, BIDV supported 30 billion VND to implement this meaningful program. In addition, BIDV also supported the Provincial Fund for the Poor with 3 billion VND to carry out social security work.
