Hai Duong urgently builds documents to submit to the 18th Provincial Party Congress

Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang gave a speech at the first meeting of the Document Subcommittee of the 18th Provincial Party Congress.

On the morning of September 10, comrade Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Document Subcommittee of the 18th Hai Duong Provincial Party Congress chaired the first meeting of the Document Subcommittee.

The Subcommittee has assigned tasks to members; agreed on the content of the plan to compile and develop documents to submit to the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

Comrade Nguyen Quang Phuc, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Standing Member of the Subcommittee presented draft reports, plans, and submissions at the meeting.

At the meeting, delegates gave their comments on the draft reports, submissions, and plans reported by the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, including: Draft Plan for developing documents for the 18th Hai Duong Provincial Party Congress; submission on the assignment of tasks to members of the 18th Provincial Party Congress Document Subcommittee; outline of the political report to be submitted to the 18th Hai Duong Provincial Party Congress; plan to implement the scientific research program summarizing the implementation of the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress and preparing to develop a political report to be submitted to the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

Concluding the meeting, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang said that the contents for consideration had been met and directed by the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee early.

The Provincial Party Secretary requested the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the comrades in charge of drafting to absorb the opinions of the delegates and complete the contents of the reports, submissions and plans. The contents of the reports need to be specific and closely follow the situation of the province.

To prepare a political report for the congress, it is necessary to assign specific tasks to members of the Subcommittee, which is divided into two groups: Socio-economic and Party Building - Political System, along with a synthesis support unit. The political report needs to be comprehensive, covering all areas of the province, clearly showing the characteristics of Hai Duong.

Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang emphasized the need to speed up the progress of document development; strive to complete the draft political report (first time) by mid-November to seek comments from central ministries and branches. The drafting agency will consider and focus on the congress theme, study the theme of the Central Committee to concretize and link it to the reality of Hai Duong.
