Effectively implementing the Resolution of the 10th Central Conference in Ha Nam

At the conference, comrade Le Thi Thuy, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee, quickly announced the results of the 10th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee.

In order to ensure the timely, practical and effective implementation of the resolution throughout the provincial Party Committee, the Secretary of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee requested: Party committees and Party organizations at all levels, sectors, localities, agencies and units to lead and direct the dissemination and propaganda of the results of the 10th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee to key cadres, cadres and Party members in appropriate forms, ensuring timeliness, practicality and effectiveness. At the same time, units and localities develop their own Party committees and Party organizations' plans and organize the effective implementation of the Resolution of the 10th Central Conference in accordance with the local, agency and unit realities.

The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department closely follows the direction and guidance of the Central Propaganda Department, proactively advises on the organization of dissemination, study and implementation of the contents of the 10th Central Conference; guides the provincial press and media agencies and directs the propaganda system in the province, the team of reporters to propagate and disseminate the contents of the Conference in appropriate and effective forms.

The Subcommittees of the 21st Provincial Party Congress; the district, town, city and provincial Party Committees shall base on their assessment and forecast of the situation, guiding viewpoints, development goals, strategic breakthroughs and key tasks for the 2025-2030 term in the draft Political Report submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; the personnel work orientation of the 13th National Party Congress and the actual situation of localities and units to develop the Documents of the 21st Provincial Party Congress and the Documents of the Party Congresses at all levels in the province for the 2025-2030 term to ensure quality and effectiveness.

The Secretary of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee requested Party committees and organizations at all levels to develop plans to study, learn, disseminate, propagate and organize the implementation of directives, conclusions and regulations of the Politburo, the Secretariat and resolutions of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to ensure the right subjects and information confidentiality according to Party and State regulations, in accordance with the functions, tasks and practical situation of the locality and unit.

The Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee leads and directs the Provincial People's Committee to advise the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to issue leadership and direction documents; at the same time, develop programs and plans to effectively implement Conclusions No. 85, 89, 91, 92, 93 of the Politburo; Directive No. 38, Conclusion No. 90 of the Secretariat and Resolution No. 44 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.
