Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan signed and issued Decision No. 4321/QD-UBND dated August 19, 2024 on approving the update of the List of investment projects in housing and urban area construction in the City's Housing Development Plans for the period 2021 - 2025 (phase 3).
Accordingly, the List of investment projects for housing and urban area construction (Phase 3) in the Hanoi City Housing Development Plan for the period 2021 - 2025 and the Hanoi City Social Housing Development Plan for the period 2021 - 2025 are approved as follows:
Commercial housing and urban area construction investment projects (phase 3) include 36 projects that have been approved for investment policy, with 10 projects under implementation expected to be completed in the 2021-2025 period and 26 projects expected to be completed after 2025. In addition, there are 85 projects undergoing investment preparation procedures.
6 social housing construction investment projects (phase 3) include: Hoan Kiem District Dispersal Housing Project (social housing) in Viet Hung Urban Area, Long Bien District; Construction of houses for sale to low-income people of Ba Dinh District Police in Bao Van Field, Ngoc Ha Ward, Ba Dinh District; Social housing for sale to officers and soldiers of the Ministry of Public Security in Thuong Village, Thanh Liet Commune, Thanh Tri District; Social housing project in Bac Phu Cat residential area in Thach Hoa Commune, Thach That District; Social housing construction investment project in CT land plot in CT1 planning plot under the project to invest in technical infrastructure construction of land plot for auction of land use rights in Long Bien Ward, Long Bien District; Social housing construction investment project in C14/NO1 planning plot in Phuc Dong Ward, Long Bien District.
In addition, there are 3 commercial housing and urban area projects that propose to adjust the project name, including: Long Bien New Urban Area Project adjusted to the Red River New Housing Area Construction Investment Project; Site Clearance Project for Land Use Rights Auction to build a new urban area, urban embellishment in Dinh Xuyen Commune, Gia Lam District adjusted to the Project for construction of low-rise housing area for sale and construction of parking lots, green parks, technical infrastructure on the land in Dinh Xuyen Commune, Gia Lam District; Construction of technical infrastructure for land use rights auction in Tu Van Village, Le Loi Commune adjusted to the Project for investment in construction of a new townhouse area in Tu Van Village, Le Loi Commune, Thuong Tin District, Hanoi City.
The above updated and approved list of investment projects is added to the corresponding contents of the List of approved and updated projects in the Decisions of the City People's Committee: No. 1186/QD-UBND dated February 23, 2023; No. 5063/QD-UBND dated December 19, 2022, No. 4279/QD-UBND dated August 25, 2023, No. 6017/QD-UBND dated November 23, 2023; other contents remain unchanged and continue to be implemented according to the approved Decisions.
For projects that have not been implemented or are being implemented unfinished, or are behind schedule compared to the approved progress by competent authorities, but are not or are already included in the List of projects attached to the City's Housing Development Plan for the period 2021 - 2025 that has been approved and updated: The Department of Planning and Investment and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment shall proactively review, advise, propose, and report to the City People's Committee for consideration and settlement according to regulations for projects that are allowed to continue implementation or are not eligible for continued implementation; at the same time, send to the Department of Construction to periodically synthesize every 3 months, report to the City People's Committee for consideration and decision to update or remove from the List of projects attached to the Plan according to the provisions of Clause 1.5, Section 1, Part V of the approved Hanoi City Housing Development Plan for the period 2021 - 2025.
This Decision comes into force from the date of signing.
