Ha Nam elects additional members of the Provincial People's Committee

Kinhtedothi - At the Special Session, the People's Council of Ha Nam province elected an additional member of the Provincial People's Committee for the 19th term, 2021 - 2026, Mr. Pham Hong Son, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.

On the morning of November 8, the People's Council of Ha Nam province held the 20th Session (Special Session) to review and approve a number of contents under its authority. At the Session, the People's Council of Ha Nam province conducted the procedure to terminate the duties of the 19th Provincial People's Council delegate and dismiss the position of Member of the Provincial People's Committee, term 2021 - 2026 for Mr. Le Hoang Thuyen - former Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (due to retirement according to regulations).

The People's Council of Ha Nam province also agreed to elect additional members of the Provincial People's Committee for the 19th term, 2021 - 2026.

With the majority of votes in favor, Mr. Pham Hong Son - Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Ha Nam, was elected as a member of the Provincial People's Committee for the 19th term, 2021 - 2026.

Also at the Session, delegates discussed, reviewed and approved 30 important resolutions within their authority.

In her closing speech at the meeting, Ms. Le Thi Thuy - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the People's Council of Ha Nam province said that the newly passed resolutions are the legal basis for socio-economic development, national defense and security, contributing to improving people's lives in the province. Ms. Le Thi Thuy requested that after the meeting, the Provincial People's Committee, all levels, sectors and localities focus on implementing the assigned tasks well.
