Call teacher Dang Nhu Quynh

Mr. Vo Thanh Huy - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Phoi - Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation attended. The contest was jointly organized by the Provincial Labor Federation and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, attracting 113 contestants from 86 grassroots trade unions under the district-level and industry-level labor unions.

The 2nd "Singing of Union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers of Binh Thuan province" in 2023 takes place from July 28 to 30, with the theme of praising the glorious Party, beloved Uncle Ho; traditional revolutionary songs, labor professions, praising the homeland of Binh Thuan, the Trade Union organization, love for the country, Vietnamese people... Each contestant will sing 1 song of their choice and 1 song about Uncle Ho.

At the performance and award ceremony, kindergarten teacher Dang Nhu Quynh (Phuoc Loc 2 Primary School, La Gi Labor Federation) was honored with the first prize of the contest, 2 second prizes went to contestants Nguyen Anh Vu (Trung Vuong Secondary School), Tran Thi Bich Chi (Binh Thuan Social Insurance). 5 third prizes included Dang Van Nghiem (Education Trade Union), Pham Hung Danh (Tanh Linh District Medical Center), Nguyen Thi Lan (Duc Linh Labor Federation), Ngo Thi Tinh (Ham Phu Primary School, Ham Thuan Bac Labor Federation) and Tham Gia Tuyen (Tuy Phong Labor Federation).

In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded 16 consolation prizes and other secondary prizes: "Best contestant singing about the labor profession", "Best contestant singing about the trade union or singing the song about Binh Thuan", "Best contestant singing about Uncle Ho", "Oldest contestant", "District-level and industry-level Labor Federation with the most contestants".

The contest “Singing of union members, workers, civil servants and laborers of Binh Thuan province” is a healthy and useful playground to preserve, maintain and promote musical values, always playing a “vanguard” role on the cultural and artistic front, building cultural and spiritual life among union members and laborers. Thereby, contributing to the results of performing the tasks of agencies, units and enterprises, positively impacting the construction of a healthy cultural environment, repelling negative and social evils in the lives of workers.
