Gladiator 2, Coolie Never Cries, Lynx, Red One, Moana 2 to hit Vietnamese theaters in November

The epic tragedy in Gladiator 2 or the horror and dramatic scenes in Lynx - The Devil's Incarnation are two of many works waiting for audiences to enjoy in theaters next month.

After an exciting October with international blockbusters such as Tee Yod: Ghost Eater 2; Venom: Last Chance; Joker or Wild Robot , the big screen in Vietnam is about to welcome the year-end cinema wave with outstanding works such as Gladiator 2; Coolie Never Cry; Moana. ..

Gladiator 2

Continuing the classic Gladiator Released more than two decades ago, veteran director Ridley Scott clearly expressed his ambition to continue the epic story through the sequel.

Gladiator 2 will take the audience back to the Roman arena, continuing to follow the life-and-death battles to find the glory of the warriors.

Years after the events of the previous installment, Lucius - the grandson of the former Roman emperor Commondus - is now a slave after losing his homeland to tyrants.

Coolies never cry

After winning Best First Film at Berlin International Film Festival Earlier this year, director Pham Ngoc Lan's The Coolie traveled around the world for nearly a year before its official wide release in its home country of Vietnam on November 15.

Coolies never cry tells the strange story of Mrs. Nguyen's family (played by People's Artist Minh Chau).

After going to Europe to receive her ex-husband's remains, including an urn of ashes and a coolie, Ms. Nguyen returned to Vietnam alone, haunted by thoughts of the past.

The film's story will be the contrast between the pilgrimage in contemplation of the past of Mrs. Nguyen, a woman who has lived most of her life, and her niece who is preparing to get married with worries about the uncertain future.

Red One

Back to action and entertainment movies. Vietnamese audiences will celebrate Christmas early with Red One (Code Red) tells the story of the journey to rescue Santa Claus of two Hollywood superstars - The Rock and Chris Evan.

The film is set in a world where mythical characters such as Santa Claus, centaurs, elves... exist in parallel with the human world.

From the team behind Devil Dog , Lynx - Demon incarnate is a story borrowed from folklore about the ghost of a dead person - a black cat is considered a bad omen, when it jumps over the coffin of the dead it will bring them back to life.

The film's "villain" is a black cat that has the power to summon the souls of the dead through its yin-yang eyes, causing them to come back to life and haunt the members of a family that makes ceramic mosaics in Hue.

Moana 2

November ends with Disney's animated blockbuster - Moana 2 (Moana 2) Expected to be released in Vietnamese theaters on November 29.
