She excitedly said that in the morning, many people asked to buy accessories such as headscarves, tassels, belts, etc. Because these are decorative accessories that help make the costumes stand out more. In addition, some people even asked to buy whole costumes for their students. She was very happy because young people increasingly love ethnic costumes.

Holding the costume on display, she introduced: The San Diu women's costume is indigo. The shirt has 4 panels that reach the knee, a short shirt worn inside, a white bib on the chest, a skirt with many slits that reach the knee, and white leggings wrapped around the calves. The headscarf is simple, both for beauty and to keep the hair neat. The white fabric lapel creates two soft white "V"-shaped marks that open from the shoulders and close at the waist. The collar is decorated with two silver buttons, with beautiful red and blue tassels at the ends of the buttons. Although the San Diu costume is not elaborate, it is accentuated by the belt woven from woolen threads in striking red and blue colors.

Jewelry such as necklaces, bracelets, silver rings help women become more graceful. In addition, elderly women also wear a betel nut bag. The bag is sewn in the shape of a grapefruit segment. The patterns on the bag are mainly embroidered according to the imagination and creativity of the woman. Usually, the bag has 3 large patterns in many different colors. Next to the bag is a short tassel to add softness to the bag.

Unlike women's clothing, San Diu men's clothing is simpler and more rustic, but still exudes a strong, healthy beauty. Pants and shirts are indigo, the shirts are tailored in the Ba Ba style, with two large pockets; long pants, elastic waistband, very wide pant legs to facilitate mountain climbing and farming.

Mrs. Vong guides women in the commune to wear traditional costumes.

According to Ms. Vong, in the past, San Diu women wore costumes in their daily activities, going to the fields, going to festivals, and on holidays; but nowadays, they usually only wear them when attending festivals or important events in the ethnic community. In addition, the number of people who know how to make costumes is very small, even when wearing traditional costumes, most young people have to ask for guidance from experienced people, especially when it comes to tying headscarves and wrapping leggings. Therefore, in the past, when she joined the Huong Sac club of the commune, she still taught how to make costumes and how to wear traditional costumes. Now, although she is old and no longer participates in club activities, she still spends time teaching her children and grandchildren in the family and commune to preserve traditional costumes.

San Diu children wear traditional costumes and participate in folk games.

She is happiest when children nowadays also love traditional costumes. They wear San Diu costumes when going to festivals, performing arts, participating in folk games... She believes that from loving them, the young generation will have the awareness to preserve and multiply their love for traditional culture.
