(CTTĐTBP) - On the morning of April 6, a delegation from Binh Phuoc province led by alternate member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ton Ngoc Hanh continued to visit and extend New Year greetings to the late Party Committee, government and people of Mondulkiri province. Welcoming the delegation were Mr. Men Ngoi, Chairman of the Mondulkiri Provincial Council and Ms. Vin Si Thuon, Deputy Governor of Mondulkiri province.

Ms. Vin Si Thuon, Deputy Governor of Mondulkiri province, affirmed that the good traditional relationship between the two countries in general and Mondulkiri - Binh Phuoc provinces in particular will always be close and strong.

On behalf of the Party Committee, government and people of Binh Phuoc province, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ton Ngoc Hanh sent best wishes to the Party Committee, government and people of Mondulkiri province on the occasion of the traditional Chol Chnam Thmay New Year.

In her welcoming speech, Ms. Vin Si Thuon said: Looking back at the historical journey of the two nations and countries, the people of Vietnam and Cambodia have a long-standing tradition of solidarity and friendship. The traditional relationship of solidarity and friendship between Cambodia and Vietnam in general and Mondulkiri province and Binh Phuoc province in particular has been nurtured, consolidated, and cooperation established in many fields over the years. Thereby, contributing to making the relationship increasingly close, tight, forever green, and forever sustainable. Currently, this good relationship has been and is being continued to be preserved and promoted by generations.

Secretary of the Binh Phuoc Provincial Party Committee Ton Ngoc Hanh hopes that in the coming time, the two provinces will continue to promote the achieved results, coordinate effectively to implement the joint statement of the two countries as well as the agreements between Binh Phuoc and Mondulkiri provinces. Binh Phuoc province affirms that it will do its best to contribute to strengthening the relationship of good neighborly solidarity, traditional friendship, comprehensive cooperation, long-term sustainability, for the benefit of the people of the two countries.

Leaders of the armed forces of Binh Phuoc province also gave gifts and best wishes to leaders of the armed forces of Mondulkiri province on the occasion of the traditional Chol Chnam Thmay festival.

On behalf of the Party Committee, government and people of Binh Phuoc province, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ton Ngoc Hanh presented flower baskets and gifts and wished the Party Committee, government and people of Mondulkiri province good health, happiness, prosperity and success in celebrating the traditional New Year.
