As a standing agency, the Provincial Police Department has proactively advised the Provincial Steering Committee of Project 06 to direct and implement the Project and take the lead and set an example in carrying out tasks according to the functions of the Public Security sector. At the same time, it has resolutely directed the Public Security force to strengthen propaganda work on Project 06, the work of cleaning up population data, issuing ID cards, and electronic identification.
Seriously implementing the Ministry of Public Security's Plan on implementing online public services provided on the Ministry of Public Security's Service Portal, promoting propaganda for organizations and individuals to use online public services provided by the Public Security sector, the Provincial Public Security has required 100% of officers and soldiers to be exemplary in implementing online public services when handling administrative procedures and guiding citizens when coming to do administrative procedures, the dossiers that meet the conditions for online registration will guide citizens to submit their dossiers online, the Commune-level Public Security organizes points to guide people to declare administrative procedures online. Therefore, administrative procedures have a high rate of online records.
In March alone, the police force carried out administrative procedures for residence notification for nearly 4,500 records, reaching a rate of 100%; temporary residence registration for nearly 900 records, reaching a rate of 99%; permanent residence registration for nearly 2,900 records, reaching a rate of 99.8%. Regarding immigration management, the provincial police received online over 2,900 applications for ordinary passports without electronic chips, reaching a rate of 100%.
In the coming time, the Provincial Police will continue to direct the professional departments and local police to promote propaganda, guidance, and online reception of administrative procedures at the provincial and communal levels, ensuring speed and convenience for the people./.
