Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung has issued many decisions to register heritages in the National Intangible Cultural Heritage List in the fields of: Folk performing arts, traditional festivals, languages, writing, traditional crafts...

These are: Cheo art in Phu Tho province; Mo Muong (Dak Lak province); Rain-praying festival of the White Thai people, Muong Sang commune, Moc Chau district (Son La province); Forest God Worshiping Ceremony (Yang Bre) of the Ma people, Gia Nghia city and Dak Glong district (Dak Nong province).

Along with that, there are also the Cau Ngu Festival of Cam Lam village, Xuan Lien commune, Nghi Xuan district, (Ha Tinh province); Pao Dung singing of the Dao people in Ha Giang province; the Muoi Mi (Mi nhung hoi) praying ceremony of the Pa Then people in Tan Lap commune, Bac Quang district (Ha Giang province); the Boat Racing Festival of Tinh Long commune, Quang Ngai city (Quang Ngai province); and the Dom Long Neak Ta festival of the Khmer people (Tra Vinh province).

Thai Nguyen province has three heritages: Hat Vi of the Tay people in Dinh Hoa district; The art of sewing and embroidering costumes of the Dao people in Hop Tiep commune, Dong Hy district and Nom script of the Dao people.

The rice flour making profession in Sa Dec, Tan Phu Dong commune and ward 2, Sa Dec city (Dong Thap province) has also been recognized as a national intangible cultural heritage this time.

The profession has been formed and developed for over 100 years. Up to now, Sa Dec has over 350 households producing flour, with 2,000 workers participating in production activities and post-flour products.

Products produced from flour such as: Hu tieu, banh canh, macaroni, pho, vermicelli, rice noodles, straws, and other foods processed from flour have been well consumed domestically and exported.

Quang Nam has two recognized traditional crafts. They are the craft of weaving hammocks from parasol trees in Cu Lao Cham, Tan Hiep commune and the craft of making bamboo and coconut houses in Cam Thanh, Cam Thanh commune, both in Hoi An city. Of these, weaving hammocks from parasol trees is still a unique craft of Hoi An, designed into tours and typical tourism products.

Hammock weavers are invited to the streets to perform weaving and introduce their craft to the public. Bamboo and coconut house making has created jobs for workers and reduced poverty in the locality, making a practical contribution to the sustainability of socio-economic development. Many diverse products meet customer needs, so product consumption is getting better and better.
