On the afternoon of October 18, the Provincial Women's Cadres Club held a meeting to celebrate the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union and Vietnamese Women's Day October 20.
At the meeting, delegates reviewed the glorious tradition of the Vietnam Women's Union.
Over the past 93 years, along with women across the country, Ninh Binh women have always believed in and followed the Party, accompanying the army and people through two arduous but heroic struggles.
In peacetime, Ninh Binh women of all classes have promoted their good traditional qualities; strived in labor, production and work; and actively responded to patriotic emulation movements.
Over the past 30 years of re-establishment of the province, women in the province have made important contributions to the completion and over-fulfillment of the main targets and plans set by the province. In all areas of social life, women have left their mark, including the contributions of female cadres.

Growing from the women's movement, with the attention of Party committees and authorities at all levels, the team of female cadres in Ninh Binh province has increasingly matured. The total number of female cadres under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee is 49 comrades. The number of female leaders and managers at the provincial level is 183 comrades, of which 7 comrades are members of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, 1 comrade is a member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. At the district level, there are 92 female comrades members of the Party Committee Executive Committee.
The level of female cadres is increasingly improving, the proportion of female cadres in the planning is increasing. In recent times, many women have affirmed their bravery, confidence, dynamism, creativity, and have made important contributions to the development of agencies and units. They are always the core force, the leading birds in the women's movement in the province.
The Provincial Women's Club was established in October 2013 and currently has 56 members. During its operation, the Club has had many meaningful activities such as: organizing tours for members, exchanging and learning experiences, giving gifts to female grassroots cadres, female workers, and women in difficult circumstances; organizing talks on "Building the image of female cadres in the 4.0 era", "Female leadership in the VUCA era" for more than 400 female cadres...
The meeting is also an opportunity for female cadres in the Club to exchange and share experiences, create a joyful and exciting atmosphere, and encourage each other to actively practice and strive to meet the requirements of the task.
