Placing a sign for the Youth Project to build To Lich Bridge in Thuong Tin District

This is an activity in the Youth Union and Youth Movement Program of the Capital in 2024, and at the same time aims to create a vibrant competitive atmosphere to celebrate the 93rd Anniversary of the Founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2024).

Speaking at the program, Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Youth Union Tran Quang Hung acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of CIENCO4 youth along with the group's staff and workers in ensuring the progress of the assigned construction projects. At the same time, he expressed his hope that in the coming time, CIENCO4 Youth Union will continue to carry out many meaningful programs and activities, promoting the role of youth in building the group, building the capital, and the country to become more civilized and prosperous.

The Ring Road 4 - Capital Region construction project is a national key project, concretizing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress. With the attention and close direction of the Central leaders, the City Party Committee, the People's Council, the People's Committee, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi, the unit has been proactive and exemplary in implementing the project. The project of 2 parallel bridges across the To Lich River under the scope of package No. 11/TP2-XL: construction of the section from Km48+314.71 to Km58+200 of component project 2.1 of the Ring Road 4 Project has been implemented by the staff, union members, engineers of the Executive Board and the Thai Nguyen - Cho Moi BOT Company since mid-September 2023.

After nearly 4 months of construction (since the deployment of bored piles), the installation of all girders and the pouring of the bridge deck parallel to the right of To Lich River have been completed, ensuring quality, aesthetics, safety and ahead of schedule.

With the desire to contribute youth, speed up progress, and complete the set goals, the youth of CIENCO4 Group has registered important tasks in the construction of To Lich Bridge under the Ring Road 4 Construction Project - Capital Region. The Youth Union of CIENCO4 Group has undertaken the construction drawings, directly participated in the construction of the bridge foundation and concrete deck. In the near future, CIENCO4 youth will continue to undertake the construction of the bridge's railing embankment and at the same time continue to implement the construction of the second To Lich Bridge on the left parallel road when the site is available.

This is a project of practical significance, demonstrating the role of the capital's youth in the common political tasks of the city.
