According to the report of Duy Xuyen District People's Committee, the main existing groups and problems in the land sector in the district currently include: granting certificates to households and individuals who are subject to resettlement in landslide areas; the 299 files stored locally do not ensure legal basis; implementing the correction of certificates for people who donate land; granting certificates to households and individuals who are using land without documents on land use rights; problems in implementing regulations on compensation, support and resettlement...

According to the People's Committee of Duy Xuyen district, currently in the district (especially the Eastern region), there are many planned projects, however, over many years, they have not been planned in detail, have not been implemented but have not been adjusted or canceled, affecting the rights and interests of citizens in carrying out procedures related to the land sector such as land division, land use purpose change, etc., leading to a large number of petitions and recommendations arising in the area and difficulties in the local management process.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to study and issue guidance documents.
Duy Xuyen District People's Committee resolves existing issues and problems regarding land procedures, compensation, support and resettlement in the above report and directs Duy Xuyen Land Registration Office Branch to coordinate with relevant agencies of Duy Xuyen District to resolve them in accordance with the provisions of law.
