THMF is the main company operating the Project "High-tech concentrated dairy farming and milk processing", which was implemented since October 2009 with a total investment of 1.2 billion USD in Nghe An province. The company has applied high technology on a large scale in all stages of the closed process, from green pastures to clean glasses of milk, overcoming many obstacles and bringing about outstanding economic efficiency. Thanks to that, the Vietnamese livestock industry in general and the milk production and processing industry in particular have been named on the world milk map.
Currently, the project has a herd of nearly 70,000 dairy cows, accounting for more than 1/6 of the country's total dairy herd. THMF's dairy farm cluster in Nghe An has set a record for the world's largest concentrated dairy farm in 2020. THMF has also expanded its dairy project to many other provinces and cities such as Ha Giang, Cao Bang, Thanh Hoa, Phu Yen, Kon Tum, An Giang and internationally in the Russian Federation. The company has created jobs for 1,800 direct workers and tens of thousands of indirect workers, making an important contribution to local socio-economic development.
By pioneering the exemplary application of technology in agricultural production and processing, along with chain management science, TH Group has built a typical agricultural model associated with sustainable development and ecological agriculture.
Not only that, THMF always fully complies with production and business regulations, pays taxes fully and is audited annually. THMF also actively contributes to the development of production standards and regulations, promoting transparency in the milk market for the benefit of consumers and public health. The company has revolutionized the Vietnamese dairy industry, protecting domestic production, limiting the import of milk powder from abroad and changing consumer habits. With the core value of "For true happiness", over the past 10 years, THMF has devoted large resources - up to more than 100 billion VND - to contribute to charity and social security programs.

With the goal of sustainable development, in recent years, THMF has closely cooperated with the Vietnam Farmers' Union and farmers' unions at all levels across the country to carry out many meaningful activities, contributing to the successful implementation of Resolution 26 of the Party Central Committee (10th Term) on the "Three rural" policy - agriculture, farmers, and rural areas.
In addition, THMF has also established production links with farmers in the project area, purchasing raw materials worth more than 200 billion VND/year. This not only helps stabilize the supply of raw materials for the company but also brings stable income to thousands of farming households. Thousands of farming households have been brought into the high-tech production chain, trained in vocational skills and guided in advanced farming techniques, helping to improve productivity and product quality.
Not only supporting farmers in production, THMF also actively participates in the transformation of the rural economic structure. The company has organized vocational training classes for farmers' children, contributing to the development of sustainable livelihoods and improving the socio-economic life of people in project areas in Nghe An and some other provinces.
THMF accompanies the Central Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union in promoting farmer movements, especially the "Good Farmers in Production and Business" movement. The company has participated in honoring outstanding farmers, organizing programs such as the Prime Minister's dialogue with farmers and OCOP programs (One Commune One Product). These activities not only motivate farmers to strive but also contribute to spreading typical examples of farmers, encouraging sustainable rural economic development.
