On the afternoon of August 16, in Diem Dien town (Thai Thuy), the Steering Committee for Crime Prevention, Social Evils Prevention and Building a Movement for the Whole People to Protect National Security (ANTQ) of Thai Thuy district organized the 2023 National ANQ Protection Festival. Closely following the direction of the superiors, in recent times, the Party committees, authorities, departments, branches and organizations of Thai Thuy district have focused on deploying and implementing synchronously and effectively measures to ensure security and order. The movement of the whole people to protect national security and order continues to develop in both breadth and depth, contributing to the successful implementation of the socio-economic development goals of the district. Political security, social order and safety are ensured; there are no large gatherings, causing disorder and insecurity; conflicts are effectively resolved right at the grassroots level; key targets and important political events of the country, the province and the district are absolutely protected. The whole district has 111 models of mass self-defense, self-management and self-protection in villages, hamlets, residential groups, communes, towns, agencies, enterprises and schools. Many models are practical, effective and highly widespread, such as: the model of Danh Giao village, Thai Do commune, drug-free school; security camera model; Self-management model of security and order - maritime border security in Tan Son area, Diem Dien town.

At the same time, he highly appreciated the security and order assurance models that are being effectively promoted in Thai Binh province in general and Thai Thuy district in particular.

The Standing Member of the Secretariat and Head of the Central Organization Committee emphasized that ensuring security and order, creating a peaceful, secure and safe environment for socio-economic development is an extremely important task for the entire political system. Therefore, Party committees, authorities at all levels and people in the province in general and Thai Thuy district in particular need to pay attention to implementing a number of contents: Continue to thoroughly grasp, seriously and effectively implement the Central's instructions on implementing the movement for the entire people to protect national security; promote the pioneering role of the police force, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and mass mobilization agencies at all levels. At the inspection, the Standing member of the Secretariat, Head of the Central Organizing Committee and the Central delegation acknowledged and commended the efforts of the Party Committee and the Thai Thuy district government in promptly completing the site clearance of nearly 600 hectares of Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park, creating favorable conditions for Green i-Park Joint Stock Company to accelerate the construction of technical infrastructure for this industrial park. To date, Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park has attracted 12 large-scale investors; including 10 foreign investors and 2 domestic investors. The total registered investment capital is more than 1 billion USD.

The Standing Member of the Secretariat and Head of the Central Organizing Committee requested investors to focus on building the Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park with synchronous and modern technical infrastructure, using clean energy, in an ecological and high-tech direction. He also noted that with its convenient traffic and regional connectivity, investors need to be selective in attracting investment, prioritizing attracting enterprises that create great added value, save land and energy; do a good job of training human resources; proactively coordinate with local authorities and relevant ministries and branches to promote connections, accelerate the attraction of secondary investors, increase the occupancy rate of industrial parks, and contribute to promoting local socio-economic growth.
