With 100% of the votes in favor, Comrade Pham Van Bay, Provincial Party Committee member, former Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs, was elected to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, term XII. Comrade Pham Van Bay, born in 1971; hometown: An Hoa Hai commune, Tuy An district. Professional qualifications: Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Business Administration; political theory: Advanced.

Previously, comrade Nguyen Quoc Hoan, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, term XII, was assigned by the Provincial Party Standing Committee to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee; was appointed to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies. Ms. Do Thi Nhu Tinh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, term XII, was transferred and assigned to hold the position of Head of the Culture - Social Committee, Provincial People's Council, term VIII.
In her congratulatory speech and assignment of tasks to the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Comrade Cao Thi Hoa An affirmed the trust of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee in comrades Tran Huu The and Pham Van Bay and hoped that, in their new positions, the new Chairmen and Vice Chairmen of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee would promote a sense of responsibility, dynamism, creativity, and set an example together with the collective of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee to fulfill the mission of gathering, building, and consolidating the increasingly strong great national unity bloc.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also requested the new apparatus to urgently organize and implement the tasks of the Front. When the new apparatus comes into operation, it must be stronger and more effective, contributing to promoting political tasks and socio-economic development of the locality.
The Standing Committee of Phu Yen Provincial Party Committee believes that with its capacity and practical work, the 12th Provincial Fatherland Front Committee will successfully complete key tasks in the 2024-2029 term.

In his new position, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Tran Huu The expressed that he will inherit and promote the glorious tradition of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, uphold the spirit of solidarity and sense of responsibility to be the core in promoting the role of each member to strengthen political and ideological unity in the committee, member organizations and people of all walks of life to effectively carry out patriotic emulation movements and campaigns, especially effectively implementing the Action Program of the Provincial Fatherland Front for the 12th term, 2024-2029, strengthening and consolidating the great national unity bloc, contributing to the completion of the targets and tasks of socio-economic development, national defense and security of the province.
