Implementing Directive No. 35-CT/TW of the Politburo on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress, the Party Executive Committee of Tuyen Quang province organized an online conference from the province to the grassroots level to disseminate and thoroughly grasp the Central's directives and instructions on organizing Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term; the plan of the Provincial Party Executive Committee to implement Directive No. 35 with 210 connecting points, more than 23,000 party members attending.

The Provincial Party Executive Committee has established 4 Congress Subcommittees to help implement the work contents and is expected to determine the theme of the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030 as: "Promoting the tradition of the revolutionary homeland and the strength of great solidarity; enhancing the leadership capacity of the Party; promoting innovation; joining hands and unanimity to successfully implement the goals by 2030 of becoming a fairly developed province with high average income; creating a solid foundation by 2050 to become a developed province with high income in the midland and mountainous region of the North".

At the same time, determine the goals, targets, breakthroughs, key tasks,... for the 2025-2030 term to ensure that they are close to the practical situation of the province, scientific, inheritable, innovative, striving, highly feasible, demonstrating the aspiration to rise up, meeting the viewpoints and orientations for rapid and sustainable development of the province in the 2025-2030 term, oriented to 2035, vision to 2050.

The Provincial Party Executive Committee strives to complete and exceed the planned targets and tasks, focusing on 15 main targets, 3 breakthroughs, and 5 key tasks set forth in the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress, making Tuyen Quang a fairly developed, comprehensive, and sustainable province in the northern mountainous region, creating a solid foundation and motivation for the organization to carry out tasks in the 2025-2030 term.
