Inspection delegation No. 1927 of the Politburo works with the Standing Committee of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee

According to the draft report, the Standing Committee of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee has focused on leading and directing seriously and promptly the implementation of Directive No. 35-CT/TW, dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party and Conclusion No. 127/KL/TW dated February 28, 2025 of the Politburo and the Secretariat; summarizing Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, dated October 25, 2017 and Conclusion No. 121, dated January 24, 2025 of the Central Executive Committee; Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation; Conclusion No. 123-KL/TW dated January 24, 2025 of the Party Central Committee on the Supplementary Project on socio-economic development in 2025 with a growth target of 8% or more.

Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee has proactively developed action plans and programs, identified specific tasks, and assigned responsibilities to each agency, locality, and unit to ensure proper implementation of requirements and plans. Leading and directing the organization of Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term to ensure seriousness, compliance with procedures, and progress according to the direction of the Central Government. The implementation of the work of arranging and streamlining the organizational apparatus of agencies and units in the province must comply with the Party's policies, the direction of the National Assembly, the Government, and related legal documents. The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has made important strides in leading and directing the development of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation. The application of technology in the political system has had positive changes, especially with Project 06.

The draft report also identified the causes and pointed out the shortcomings and limitations of the province. The delegates highly agreed with the draft report, and discussed many ideas to clarify the contents of the report, focusing on the scenario of economic growth targets, economic restructuring; scientific and technological innovation activities, and digital transformation of the province in the coming time.

Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet delivered concluding remarks at the meeting.

Concluding the working session, Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet highly appreciated the Standing Committee of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee in leading and directing the implementation of the Resolutions, Directives and Conclusions of the Central Committee. The assessment of the Inspection Team also showed that the Party Committee and the Government of Tuyen Quang province always uphold and promote the tradition of the revolutionary homeland, solidarity, unification, scientific and smooth direction and management, specific and clear assignment of tasks. In leadership, direction and management, there is high political determination, drastic actions, focus, key points, roadmap and appropriate steps. The province has also promoted innovation, taken advantage of all opportunities and advantages; mobilized, exploited and effectively used resources to implement the set targets and tasks.

He suggested that the Standing Committee of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee focus on building and ensuring that the Party Committee and Party Committee planning have a reasonable structure, improving the quality of the staff, ensuring that the personnel structure has expertise, experience, leadership and direction capabilities suitable to the development requirements of the locality in the next period. Focus on resolving difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing the Central Resolutions and Conclusions, especially resolutely and effectively implementing the proposed solutions. Continue to carry out well the political, ideological and propaganda work to create high unity in the awareness and actions of the staff, Party members and people, facilitating the deployment and implementation of the Central Resolutions, Directives and Conclusions.
