According to the report of Ninh Phuoc District People's Committee, from 2021 to 2023, the district has 209 newly registered projects, transferred to the list of land acquisition and conversion of rice land use purposes. Of which, 33 newly registered projects must acquire land with an area of 44.55 hectares and transferred to the list of land use conversion is 109 projects with an area of 1,116.95 hectares; 28 projects with an area of 49.54 hectares change the purpose of rice land use and 39 projects with 120.52 hectares change the purpose of rice land use into the list of land use conversion. The number of projects that have completed land acquisition and conversion of rice land use purposes in the period 2021 to 2023 is 26 works and projects with a total area of 378.3 hectares and have converted the purpose of rice land and production forest land for 14 works and projects with an area of 34.63 hectares. The remaining number of projects and works, according to the Resolution approved by the Provincial People's Council, have not yet implemented land acquisition work: 106 works and projects with an area of 780.2 hectares and have not yet converted the purpose of rice land use for 53 works and projects with an area of 140.87 hectares...

Speaking at the conclusion of the working session, the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department highly appreciated the efforts of Ninh Phuoc district in implementing land recovery and the list of projects converting land use purposes for rice cultivation in the past time. He requested the district to continue reviewing, updating, and supplementing data and documents for each category accordingly; clearly identifying the causes, problems, and limitations to have specific solutions and plans to overcome and implement; reviewing and screening projects that have been approved by the Provincial People's Council to recover land and convert land use purposes for rice cultivation but have not had a decision to recover after more than 3 years, then report and propose to the Provincial People's Committee. At the same time, he requested the district to step up propaganda work on land recovery, compensation, and site clearance policies so that people can clearly understand the policies when the state recovers land...
