On the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the first Communist Party cell of the province (April 1, 1930 - April 1, 2025), on the morning of March 27, the provincial delegation led by Comrade Quan Minh Cuong, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, offered incense and flowers at the Temple of President Ho Chi Minh, Pac Bo Special National Relic Site, Truong Ha Commune (Ha Quang).

Accompanying him were comrade Trieu Dinh Le, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; leaders of the Provincial People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee; the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; leaders of departments, branches, sectors, organizations, and armed forces of the province and Ha Quang district.

The speech read by Comrade Be Thanh Tinh, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, affirmed: Throughout the historical revolutionary journey, the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in the province have always been steadfast and absolutely loyal to the Party and the glorious revolutionary cause of the nation; upholding the spirit of solidarity, creativity, promoting internal strength, and gradually striving to become a province with economic development, political stability, and strong national defense and security. To celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the first Communist Party cell of the province (April 1, 1930 - April 1, 2025), the Provincial Party Committee focused on directing the development of plans, launching emulation movements, promoting propaganda work and organizing many meaningful activities to review the tradition of revolutionary struggle, expressing deep gratitude to the Party, to Uncle Ho, to generations of revolutionary veterans who devoted their lives to the independence and freedom of the nation.

In front of his spirit, the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in the province vow to firmly follow the revolutionary path chosen by the Party and Uncle Ho, be absolutely loyal to the Party's ideals, promote the study and follow of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, train political mettle, improve moral qualities, wholeheartedly serve the Fatherland and the people; maintain political stability, firmly protect national border sovereignty; continue to consolidate the great national unity bloc; promote the potential and strengths of the province, make good use of resources to develop the economy, improve the material and spiritual life of the people, determined to build Cao Bang homeland to become increasingly rich, beautiful and civilized.
