On the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the first Communist Party cell of the province (April 1, 1930 - April 1, 2025), on March 28, a working delegation of the Provincial Police led by Colonel Luong Van Thiem, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, came to offer flowers at the Nam Lin historical relic site, Hoang Tung commune (Hoa An).

The delegation expressed deep gratitude to the revolutionary predecessors who laid the foundation for the national liberation movement in Cao Bang. The first Communist Party cell of the province was established in Nam Lin on April 1, 1930, marking an important development step of the local revolutionary movement, paving the way for glorious victories in the cause of fighting for national independence.

The delegation reviewed the glorious revolutionary tradition of Cao Bang, affirming the steadfast and indomitable spirit of previous generations in the struggle for national liberation. At the same time, the report summarized the outstanding results in ensuring political security and social order and safety in the area in recent times. With the solidarity and efforts of the entire force, the Provincial Police synchronously deployed professional measures, proactively fought against crime, ensured political security and maintained social order and safety, contributing to serving the task of socio-economic development of the locality.

Upholding the revolutionary tradition and the spirit of "Forgetting oneself for the country, serving the people", officers and soldiers of the provincial police force continue to uphold their sense of responsibility, constantly cultivate, train, improve their political qualities, professional qualifications, proactively grasp the situation, effectively deploy all aspects of work, maintain political security, ensure social order and safety in the area, worthy of the trust of the Party Committee, government and people.

Comrade Hoang Van Non, born in 1906 in Na Toan village, Xuan Phach commune (now De Tham ward, City), alias: Hoang Nhu, Hoang Tu Huu, Tu Huu, Hoang Ngoc Nhu, Van Tan, Hoang Luong Huu, Thiet, Hoang Vinh Tuy, With a fervent patriotic spirit, he joined the revolution in 1926 and was one of the senior cadres who made many important contributions to the cause of national liberation. Throughout his revolutionary career, comrade Hoang Van Non took on many important responsibilities such as Party Cell Secretary, the first Provincial Party Secretary of Cao Bang and especially the Secretary of the Central - Northern Regional Party Committee. His contributions were not only of profound significance to Cao Bang but also to the revolutionary cause of the entire nation. He devoted his entire life to the ideal of independence and freedom, becoming a shining example and an endless source of inspiration for generations to follow.

At the family, the delegation kindly asked about the health of the family members of comrade Hoang Van Non. At the same time, they expressed deep gratitude for comrade Hoang Van Non's great contributions to the revolutionary cause, as well as his invaluable dedication to the cause of national liberation and country building.
