Officials of Chau Son commune, Dinh Lap district propagate about new rural areas to the people

Every year, based on the leadership and direction documents of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, specialized agencies, the Fatherland Front Committee, socio-political organizations of the district, the Party Committees of communes and towns of Dinh Lap district carry out the construction and registration of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models. Up to now, the whole district is maintaining 88 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models. Specifically: 19 models in the field of building the political system; 19 models in the field of economic development; 40 models in the field of culture - society; 10 models in the field of national defense and security. Ms. Hoang Thi Kim Hoat, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Dinh Lap District Party Committee informed: Determining the significance of the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization", the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee has led and directed all levels, branches, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the district, Party Committees of communes and towns to deploy the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" associated with building models, typical examples of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" according to specific contents and criteria for implementation. In particular, priority is given to models and tasks associated with the work of building new rural areas and civilized urban areas.

The construction and replication of effective, sustainable and widespread models of "Smart Mass Mobilization" in the community have always been of interest to Party committees and authorities at all levels in the district. Thereby, it has aroused the potential and created the combined strength of the great national unity bloc in building new rural areas in the district.

For example, in Binh Thai village, Thai Binh commune, the environmental landscape is always kept green, clean, and beautiful, with rows of flowers and trees on both sides of the road leading to the village. The Women's Union of the village has effectively implemented the model of "Cleaning up village roads, alleys, and hamlets, turning trash into money". Ms. Hoang Thi Phuong, Head of the Women's Union of the village, shared: Currently, the union has 48 members. Understanding the meaning of building a new rural area, we have maintained the cleanliness of village roads and alleys on the 15th and 30th of every month. Since 2021, the union has mobilized members to collect scrap to sell for operating funds and support children and members in difficult circumstances. To date, 46/48 member households have achieved the "5 no, 3 clean" family.

Or in Dong Thang commune, thanks to the effective implementation of the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" movement, it has contributed to bringing the commune to meet the NTM standards in 2024. Mr. Vu Trung Kien, Secretary of the Commune Party Committee, said: The commune has 4 villages, 130 households with more than 500 people. In 2024, the commune was selected as a model commune of the province striving to meet the NTM standards. Therefore, we have focused resources on building NTM. Implementing the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization", in 2024, the Commune Party Committee registered to build new and maintain 5 models. In which, the models focus on contributing to implementing the criteria for building NTM: "Propaganda and mobilizing people to actively develop the economy - society"; “Self-management of security and order by the inter-family association”… Through the implementation of the “Skillful mass mobilization” model, we have contributed to helping the commune achieve the NTM standard in 2024. In 2024, we mobilized the people of the commune to contribute cash and labor days with a total value of over 880 million VND to build the NTM.

To increase the effectiveness of the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models, the District Party Committee regularly inspects and supervises the implementation of mass mobilization work at the grassroots level every year. For example, in 2024, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee established a working group with 12/12 communes and towns; the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee (now the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee) inspected the mass mobilization work of 3 commune-level Party Committees. Through inspection and supervision, the situation was promptly grasped, and the effective implementation of mass mobilization work in general and the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" emulation movement in particular was directed.

The effective implementation of the emulation movement "Skillful mass mobilization" has contributed to bringing practical results in the work of building new rural areas in the district. Currently, Dinh Lap district has 10/10 communes meeting new rural standards, 2/2 towns meeting civilized urban standards. Thereby, the rural appearance has improved a lot, the material and spiritual life of the people has been increasingly improved.
