Join hands for the environment
During Youth Month 2025 , the whole province has 3 peak activity days simultaneously deployed at Youth Union bases including Peak Day "Volunteering to build civilized urban areas", Peak Day "Volunteering to join hands to build new rural areas and Green Sunday", Youth Union Day. These are practical and meaningful activities, clearly demonstrating the sense of responsibility of young people towards the community.
In Thanh Hoa district, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee organized the launching ceremony to respond to the Peak Day of joining hands to build new rural areas and the first Green Sunday in 2025. Within the framework of the program, the model of Exchanging plastic waste for gifts and Preventing plastic waste - Giving environmentally friendly cloth bags was deployed, contributing to raising awareness of environmental protection in the community.
At the same time, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee presented 200 national flags, built the "Model Youth Road" project, supported the model of Green - Clean - Beautiful - Safe Residential Clusters and planted 200 trees.
Duc Hoa District Youth Union in coordination with the Vietnam Youth Union of the district and the Youth Union of Agribank Bac Long An Branch organized the launch of the Peak Day of joining hands to build new rural areas and the first Green Sunday in 2025. Union members and youth planted 300 yellow trumpet trees along a 550m long road in My Hanh Bac commune.
In addition, the District Youth Union also organized cleaning and beautification of the flower garden in Duc Lap Thuong commune; at the same time, planted 400 more areca and purple-flowered trees on a 1km long road in Hiep Hoa commune with a cost of nearly 50 million VND.
Deputy Secretary of Duc Hoa District Youth Union - Nguyen Minh Tam emphasized that these activities not only contribute to the completion of local political tasks but also raise awareness of union members and young people about environmental protection , responding to climate change, and accompanying the sustainable development of the country.
In the month of 2025, Duc Hoa District Youth Union also donated 300 trees to spread the message "For a green Vietnam", built 111 learning corners of the Mang Non project for 37 teams, awarded 150 scholarships to students in difficult circumstances, donated 500 helmets, organized the program "Returning to Mother's House", and repaired houses for Vietnamese Heroic Mothers No. 4 and 5. In addition, more than 500 social security gifts were donated, along with 300 free medical examinations and treatments with a total cost of more than 2 billion VND.
Responding to Youth Month 2025 and commemorating the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2025), Can Giuoc District Youth Union organized Youth Union Day with the participation of more than 100 youth workers working at Long Hau Industrial Park and local union members and youth.
The festival is not only an opportunity to review the 94-year tradition of building and developing the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, but also brings meaningful activities such as cultural exchanges and giving 20 gifts to workers' children at boarding houses in Long Hau commune.
In particular, the “Zero-VND Market” with essential goods shows concern and care for workers’ lives. In addition, the District Youth Union also implemented a model to prevent and combat plastic waste, giving environmentally friendly cloth bags to young workers, contributing to spreading awareness of environmental protection.
Youth Union Day is an opportunity for union members and young people to demonstrate their sense of responsibility in caring for and accompanying young people, workers and laborers, contributing to building a young generation full of enthusiasm, creativity and dedication.

Community Oriented
Aiming at the goal of administrative reform and promoting digital transformation, the Executive Committee of the Youth Union of the Provincial Public Administration Service Center coordinated with the Executive Committee of the Youth Union of Tan An City Public Administration Center to deploy the Mobile Public Administration model.
The model was piloted at Ward 1 People's Committee before being evaluated, learned from experience and expanded throughout Tan An City. Support sessions will be held periodically every Saturday at the People's Committees of communes and wards with a specific schedule announced after agreement with local authorities.
Secretary of the Youth Union of Tan An City Public Administration Center - Huynh Huu Huan said: This model not only helps to propagate and guide people to use online public services, perform electronic identification and authentication but also contributes to changing awareness and habits in handling administrative procedures. At the same time, this is also an opportunity for union members and young people to demonstrate their pioneering and volunteering spirit, contributing to the administrative reform and digital transformation of the locality.

In addition to administrative reform activities, the Youth Union of Provincial Agencies and Enterprises also organizes social security activities, typically the program to care for students of the Provincial School for Disabled Children. With the desire to share and motivate children in special circumstances, the program presented 200 lunches, 35 cartons of milk and 200 free health check-ups. To support the children on their learning path, the Youth Union of the Block also awarded 20 scholarships (each worth 500,000 VND) to students in difficult circumstances who always strive to improve.
In recent times, the Youth Union organizations in the province have actively responded to the movement "Join hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" with practical actions. Recently, the District Youth Union - Vietnam Youth Union of Thu Thua District coordinated with the local government to organize the handover ceremony of "Humanitarian House" to Ms. Mai Thi Chiem (Hamlet 2, Long Thanh Commune, Thu Thua District) with a support fund of 80 million VND.
This is not only a meaningful gift to help people stabilize their lives but also demonstrates the spirit of volunteerism and responsibility of young people in contributing to community building.
Provincial Youth Union Secretary Tran Hai Phu said the program's goal is to mobilize resources to build at least 25 new houses; repair and equip facilities and essential items for at least 40 poor and near-poor households.
Of which, the Provincial Youth Union directly supports the construction of at least 10 houses, while each district-level Youth Union strives to build at least 1 Friendship house, Charity house or Gratitude house for families in difficult circumstances.
These practical activities not only provide material support but also spread the spirit of sharing and solidarity, motivating people and youth to join hands to build a civilized and compassionate community.
It can be seen that Youth Month 2025 is organized in an increasingly rich and diverse manner, from volunteer campaigns, community support, environmental protection to digital transformation activities.
The contributions of young people have been creating a strong impression, contributing to building a more and more beautiful and civilized homeland. The volunteer journey of young people does not only stop at specific projects but also spreads enthusiasm, sense of responsibility and desire to contribute to the community.
