Mr. Vo Khac Thai was born in 1967, his hometown is Tien Giang province. He has a Bachelor of Administration and a Master of Political Theory.

During his career, Mr. Thai held the following positions: Vice Chairman of District 3 People's Committee; Deputy Secretary of District Party Committee, Chairman of District 3 People's Committee; Secretary of District Party Committee of District 7. He is currently a delegate of Ho Chi Minh City People's Council.

Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Cao Vinh, born in 1972, from Tra Vinh, graduated with a Bachelor's degree in physics from the University of General Sciences (now the University of Natural Sciences) in 1994. He was then retained at the university as a teaching assistant at the Physics Department. In 1998, he officially taught at the university.

Mr. Vu Quoc Thai was elected Vice Chairman of Bien Hoa City People's Committee.

At the 17th session (Special Session), delegates of the People's Council of Bien Hoa City (Dong Nai) voted to elect the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bien Hoa City, term 2021 - 2026.
