Previously, the officer in charge of losses of Sa Pa Electricity noticed an unusual loss after the Ta Giang Phinh 2 transformer station, Suoi Thau 1 village, Ngu Chi Son commune, so he reported to the unit to send a working group to review all customers using electricity after the above transformer station.

Through on-site inspection, the Inspection Team discovered that Mr. Bui Hong V.'s household residing in Suoi Thau 1 village, Ngu Chi Son commune, Sa Pa town had arbitrarily broken the lead clamp of the meter box, using 2x2.5mm2 PVC wire to connect directly to the 0.4kV grid (wire connection in the meter box), without going through the electricity metering system, with the purpose of lighting at night to serve flower growing. The total equipment includes about 500 incandescent bulbs with a capacity of 10W/bulb and 1 relay, with a setting time from 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
