National Economics University has 4 valedictorians with perfect scores for the first time

On August 24, the National Economics University held its 2024 regular university graduation ceremony, awarding diplomas to 3,690 new graduates.

Of which, the percentage of excellent graduates is 38.48%, the percentage of good graduates is 38.70%.

The total percentage of excellent and good graduates is 77.18%. The percentage of good graduates is 21.19%, the percentage of average and good graduates is only 1.63%.

Of the 3,690 new graduates, 50 are valedictorians. This is also the first time that the National Economics University has 4 valedictorians graduating with a perfect score of 4.0/4.0, including: Nguyen Hoang Duong (majoring in International Business), Hoang Mai Huong (majoring in Auditing), Nguyen Khanh Linh (majoring in International Economics) and Mai Xuan Bach (majoring in Data Science in Economics and Business).

If calculated on a 10-point scale, the total score of the 4 students is between 9.38 and 9.59. Of which, Xuan Bach graduated from the English-taught program, the remaining three students studied the general program.

Sharing at the graduation ceremony, Prof. Dr. Pham Hong Chuong, Principal of the National Economics University, said that despite going through 2 years of Covid-19, the results that the students have achieved today, in all aspects of study, from scientific research, training and community activities, they can be proud of the journey they have gone through.
