On August 24th, the National Economics University held its 2024 regular undergraduate graduation ceremony, awarding diplomas to 3,690 new graduates.
Of these, 38.48% graduated with excellent grades, and 38.70% graduated with good grades.
The total percentage of students graduating with excellent and good grades is 77.18%. The percentage of students graduating with fair grades is 21.19%, and the percentage of students graduating with average or below-average grades is only 1.63%.

Among the 3,690 new graduates, there are 50 valedictorians in various majors. This is also the first time that the National Economics University has had four valedictorians graduating with a perfect GPA of 4.0/4.0, including: Nguyen Hoang Duong (International Business major), Hoang Mai Huong (Auditing major), Nguyen Khanh Linh (International Economics major), and Mai Xuan Bach (Data Science in Economics and Business major).
On a scale of 10, the overall GPA of the four students is between 9.38 and 9.59. Xuan Bach graduated from the English-taught program, while the other three students completed the regular program.
Speaking at the graduation ceremony, Professor Pham Hong Chuong, Rector of the National Economics University, said that despite going through two years of Covid-19, the results the students have achieved today, in all aspects of their studies, from scientific research to training and community activities, are something they can be proud of.

He believes that, with their dedication to learning, self-reliance, and the systematic knowledge acquired at the university level, they will continue to seize opportunities, overcome challenges, and achieve new successes, becoming talented entrepreneurs, managers, and leaders in the future.
