Dien Bien TV - The Ban Flower Festival has become a unique tourism brand of Dien Bien province every March. In 2025, the Festival will be held from March 13 to March 16 in Dien Bien Phu city and Dien Bien district with many unique activities, promising to bring attractive experiences to a large number of people and tourists. Since the beginning of February, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has stepped up propaganda and promotion for the 2025 Hoa Ban Festival. The unit has focused its forces on hanging banners, flags, and banners with information about the Festival on the main roads of Dien Bien Phu city. In addition, units under the Department are assigned to carry out activities within the framework of the Festival such as: Opening Ceremony; cultural activities, sports competitions; Highland cultural space; Street parade activities with the theme: "Colors of Dien Bien" and Hoa Ban Beauty Contest... are also promoted in many forms.
Mr. Dang Minh Phuong, Director of the Dien Bien Province Tourism Information and Promotion Center, said: “Regarding the propaganda work, we have sent invitations as well as publications and information to travel businesses nationwide, and at the same time organized activities to promote the festival through social networking sites as well as on the website managed by the unit. Especially this year, we have implemented Facebook marketing activities very early to promote the festival.”
To promote the Ban Flower Festival and the 8th Dien Bien Province Ethnic Culture, Sports and Tourism Festival, the provincial press agencies have proactively posted news, articles and promotional banners on many digital platforms; focusing on reflecting the preparation of activities and events that will take place within the framework of the Festival and the Festival.
