"Where there is difficulty, there is youth"

Everyone remembers Uncle Ho's teaching: "Nothing is difficult - Only fear that the heart is not steadfast - Digging mountains and filling seas - With determination, it will be done". This is what Uncle Ho said when visiting the youth volunteer unit in Na Tu (Bac Kan).

2025 is a year with many major anniversaries, including the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification. This is also the 75th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Youth Volunteers with its heroic history in the fight against the US to save the country.

During his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh always placed his trust in the youth. He affirmed that "Youth are the future masters of the country". In the revolutionary cause, the youth are the vanguard force, taking the lead, not afraid of difficulties, hardships, sacrifices, ready to contribute their talents and intelligence, for the independence, freedom and eternal development of the nation, for the happiness and prosperity of the people.

Two days ago, on the evening of March 23, in Hanoi, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended and delivered a speech at the Award Ceremony of “Outstanding Young Vietnamese Faces 2024” with the theme “Glorious Mission”. At this event, the Prime Minister once again affirmed that our Party and State always attach special importance to the role of youth; and have many policies and guidelines, creating favorable conditions and encouraging young people and young talents to be ready to pioneer in contributing to the cause of national construction, development and defense.

The Head of Government also expects Vietnamese youth to continue to demonstrate their pioneering role, daring to think, daring to do, daring to commit, daring to contribute, daring to aspire, daring to overcome their own limits, constantly striving to rise up, realizing their aspirations, dreams, ambitions, and ideals. The Prime Minister outlined the task of focusing on the “Three Pioneers” and “Six Key Points”, very specifically.

Many years ago, in Vietnam, the “Startup Movement” of young enterprises appeared and there have been 7 “National Innovation and Startup Festival - Techfest Vietnam”. To start a business successfully in the coming period, not only enthusiasm and passion are needed, but also sustainable factors, including core factors, from macro policies, financial investment, and value chain linkage.

The entire political system is focusing on reorganizing the apparatus, which is the year of "accelerating, breaking through, and reaching the finish line" in implementing the 5-year socio-economic plan 2021 - 2025. This is also the year to promote the development of science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation according to Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo.

A growing country needs youth, courage, and innovation.
