(Dan Tri) - After nearly 10 hours with 12 rounds, the auction of 32 land lots in Hoai Duc district had the highest winning price of 109.3 million VND/m2, equivalent to about 16.2 billion VND/lot.


The auction of 32 land lots in Hoai Duc district (Hanoi) ended at 5:40 p.m. with 12 rounds.

Sharing with Dan Tri reporters, a representative of Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company - the auction organizer - said that the winning price of the highest lot reached 109.3 million VND/m2, nearly 15 times higher than the starting price. The highest winning lot has an area of ​​148m2, equivalent to a value of nearly 16.2 billion VND. The lowest lot has a price of 79.3 million VND/m2, 10.8 times higher than the starting price.

According to this person, the auction attracted more than 700 applications from more than 100 customers.

Ms. Nghiep - an investor from Ba Vi district (Hanoi) - said that she participated in the auction of 4 land lots today but did not win any of them. She revealed that in the second auction on November 4, the winners have not been able to liquidate all of them (have not yet completed the transaction).

"In this auction, if the price is around 70 million VND/m2, I will buy a plot of land to build a house for my child. But most of the plots of land are priced above 90 million VND/m2, so I stopped bidding," she said.

His group participated in the auction of 5 land lots but by the 7th round, they realized the prices were too high so they stopped.

Recently, on November 4, the auction of 20 Hoai Duc land lots ended with 12 rounds. According to information from the representative of Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company - the organizing unit, the two corner plots had the highest winning price of 103 million VND/m2, equivalent to 15 billion VND/lot, more than 14 times higher than the starting price.

The plot of land with the lowest winning price in this auction was over 85.3 million VND/m2, also 11.6 times higher than the starting price. After the auction, many plots of land were advertised with prices ranging from 300 to 500 million VND.

Previously, on August 19, Hoai Duc district organized an auction of 19 land lots in LK03 and LK04 areas of Long Khuc village, Tien Yen commune. After 19 hours with 9 rounds of bidding, the land lot with the highest winning price was up to 133.3 million VND/m2, more than 18 times higher than the starting price. This land lot has an area of ​​113m2, so the total value of the whole lot is 15 billion VND.

In addition, the 2 plots of land with the second highest winning price reached 127.3 million VND/m2. The remaining plots of land had winning prices from 91.3 million VND/m2 to 121.3 million VND/m2.
