On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 (1945 - 2023), on the morning of August 31, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee organized a ceremony to offer incense and flowers to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the Uncle Ho Temple, Uncle Ho Monument with Vietnamese Farmers (Hoang Dieu Ward, Thai Binh City), comrade Nguyen Duc Canh at the Nguyen Duc Canh Monument (14/10 Square) and visit heroic martyrs at the Provincial Martyrs Temple.

Attending the ceremony were comrades: Ngo Dong Hai, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of the Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, and Provincial Fatherland Front Committee.

At Uncle Ho Temple, provincial leaders and delegates observed a minute of silence and respectfully offered incense to express their infinite gratitude and commemorate the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh, who devoted and sacrificed his entire life to the cause of national liberation, fighting for peace and happiness of the Vietnamese people and people of the world.

At the provincial Martyrs' Temple, delegates laid wreaths and observed a minute of silence to commemorate the heroic sons of the homeland who fought and sacrificed for the cause of national liberation, for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, and for the happiness of the people. The wreaths of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Provincial Fatherland Front Committee bore the inscription "Forever grateful to the heroic martyrs".

In front of the heroic spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, comrade Nguyen Duc Canh and the heroic martyrs, the Party Committee, government and people of Thai Binh province vow to wholeheartedly follow the path chosen by the Party and Uncle Ho, firmly uphold Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh thought, the ideal of national independence and socialism. Continue to promote the patriotic and revolutionary traditions of the homeland, promote the strength of the great national unity bloc, successfully implement the socio-economic development goals and tasks in 2023 as well as the goals and tasks set out in the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025, and build Thai Binh to develop more and more.
