At the conference, voters reflected on many issues related to policies for people with meritorious services, especially policies for former youth volunteers, victims of Agent Orange... According to voters, the subsidy level for families of policy beneficiaries and wives of martyrs is still low, not meeting current living needs.
Voter Nguyen Minh Duc (Duy Phu commune) said that the authorities at all levels are still slow in handling administrative procedures, and the attitude of serving people in many places is not good. Support policies for war invalids, people with disabilities, and poor households are still low, not ensuring the living standards in times of high prices.
Voters expressed high consensus regarding the merger of Duy Tan and Duy Thu communes. However, there are still concerns about the handling and resolution of land procedures, especially residential land and agricultural land. At the same time, there is concern that after the merger, land prices will increase, creating pressure on local people...
Some voters reported slow progress in the construction of the Song Thu bridge connecting Duy Tan commune with Dai Loc district; the provision of gifts to policy families and single-parent families is not guaranteed; the organization of teaching according to the new curriculum still has many shortcomings; there needs to be a mechanism to handle establishments producing poor quality goods and goods of unknown origin in the locality...
Explaining to voters about the content of the policy for people with meritorious services, especially the Youth Volunteer Force, a representative of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs said that the department was also very concerned and had made many recommendations but they had not been resolved.
In addition, the Youth Volunteer Force after 1975 participated in key projects of the province such as damming Phu Ninh Lake... not under the central government's responsibility, but under the province's responsibility. However, through review, these forces have many complex components, so the regime has not been resolved.
As for retired cadres, if they do not have a resistance medal, are not war invalids or sick soldiers, they are not considered people with revolutionary contributions...

National Assembly Deputy Ta Van Ha said that the Youth Volunteer Force during the resistance war made a great contribution to the task of protecting the Fatherland. However, there is still no preferential treatment for this force, which makes many National Assembly Deputy concerned.
Regarding the many shortcomings of textbooks, delegate Ta Van Ha said that having many sets of textbooks aims to increase diversity, richness and have been assessed; thereby meeting the selection in teaching, as well as promoting the creative thinking development of students.
However, in applying innovation, the approach is not complete. Therefore, it is necessary to approach step by step, on the basis of "integrating" teaching and learning methods according to the current advanced curriculum and syllabus.
According to Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Duong Van Phuoc, the provincial leaders are very interested in the policy for the Youth Volunteer Force participating after 1975. The delegate suggested that it is necessary to classify them by each subject to simplify the verification process and propose future policies.
Delegate Duong Van Phuoc also explained some issues related to administrative procedures, policies for meritorious people, upgrading of residential roads... At the same time, he recorded and accepted opinions within the authority of the National Assembly and the Central Government to report and make recommendations to the National Assembly.
