In recent days, social networks have been spreading a special photo series of an old lady nearly 100 years old, with a gentle face, a bright smile, wearing many gorgeous costumes, from ethnic dresses of the mountainous regions, royal ao dai to Japanese kimono. The old lady appeared at many famous places such as Ba Na Hills, Son Tra beach, sheep hill, flower forest... Notably, in every photo she is smiling, full of energy, and full of life.

She is Mrs. Nguyen Thi Huynh (commonly known as Mrs. Tu), currently living in Nam Quang village, Thach Trung commune, Ha Tinh city. She is the mother of 9 children (5 boys, 4 girls), of which 3 have passed away. Now she lives with her grandson's family, Mr. Vo Ta Nam (born in 1990), who also accompanies and captures memorable moments during her trips.

Although he is 97 years old, Mr. Tu is still completely independent in his daily activities. He usually wakes up at 4am to read the sutras, then goes for a walk at 5am. Every day, he goes to his grandson's gym to walk on the treadmill, do light exercises and swim in the lake near his house to maintain his health. He eats regularly, has a scientific lifestyle, and always maintains an optimistic and cheerful spirit.

Previously, Mr. Tu surprised many people when he appeared in a video practicing pickleball - a sport that combines tennis, badminton and table tennis, which has become a recent trend.

The clip recording the scene of the old man practicing with a racket with his children and grandchildren has attracted nearly half a million views. Although sometimes he cannot catch the ball, he still practices enthusiastically, laughing and joking with family members. Before that, he also played badminton and volleyball with his grandchildren, so exercise is not strange.
