In 2024, Duong Huy Coal Company will have 1,841 workers with an income of 300 million VND/person/year, of which 64 people will earn over 500 million VND and 10 people will earn over 600 million VND. These are exemplary workers who are leaders in working spirit, sense of responsibility, discipline, creativity, and have proposed many initiatives to improve and rationalize production, achieving high labor productivity with the best product quality. In the coming period, Duong Huy Coal Company will continue to give workers long-term domestic and international tours depending on their achievements and income.
