Albert Einstein School enrolls students for the 2025 - 2026 school year

In the 2025 - 2026 school year, Albert Einstein Primary, Secondary and High School will enroll students in the first grades of Primary, Secondary and High School, specifically:

1. Number of students: Total 630 positions.

2. Candidates:

Students nationwide are healthy, have completed the appropriate school program for their age and grade, and are developing normally.

3. Admission method:

3.1. For grade 1 admission : The school organizes a preliminary entrance exam for students who meet age and health requirements.

- Preliminary selection form: Direct interview through activities of Thinking and language; Emotional intelligence; English ( if any, used as a basis for classification ).

- Expected preliminary selection time: Saturday, May 10, 2025

3.2. For grade 6 admission :

- For students studying in grade 5 of the School:

+ Special admission is granted to students who have completed the study program and whose parents have completed the payment of student fees according to the financial regulations of the 2024-2025 school year and the admission fee for the 2025-2026 school year that have been issued.

+ Expected number: 196 students.

+ Deadline for completing the admission fee: May 17, 2025. After the registration deadline, if students want to continue studying at the School, they must register for admission as students who are not studying in grade 5 at the School and will not enjoy the School's student attraction policy.

+ Must take the entrance exam to be placed in the appropriate class.

- For students not in grade 5 of the School:

+ Expected number: 84 students.

+ The school enrolls students based on the results of the entrance assessment.

* Form of participation in capacity assessment:

- Math: Do the writing.

- English: Writing and direct interview.

- Vietnamese:Do the writing.

* Students with a Cambridge English certificate of 120 points or higher or other international certificates equivalent to A2 or higher do not have to take the English exam and will be converted to 10 points (on a 10-point scale) as a basis for admission consideration.

- Expected test time: 28 - 31/5/2025 . The above expected enrollment time may be changed based on the actual end of the school year and according to the direction of the Department of Education and Training of Ha Tinh.

3.3 For grade 10 admission :

- For students studying in grade 9 of the School: Special admission is considered for students who have completed the study program and parents have completed the payment of fees for students according to the financial regulations of the 2024 - 2025 school year and the admission fee for the 2025 - 2026 school year issued.

- Deadline for completing the admission fee: May 28, 2025. After the registration deadline, if students want to continue studying at the School, they must register for admission as students who are not studying grade 9 at the School and will not enjoy the School's student attraction policy.

- For candidates who are not 9th grade students of the School in the 2024 - 2025 school year: Admission is conducted in the following form and process:

1) Candidates register for admission (according to the form at the School office) and 2 4x6 photos before June 21 , 2025 .

2) After receiving the results of the 10th grade entrance exam as announced by the Department of Education and Training and before July 12, 2025 , candidates submit their application to the School, including:

+ Report card (also provides information to look up scores)

+ Secondary school transcript (copy)

+ Priority documents (if any)

Priority admission for the following subjects:

+ Have international English certificate level B1 or higher;

+ Provincial-level excellent students in cultural subjects, from 3rd prize and above.

3) The school will recruit students through 2 rounds:

+ Selection based on submitted applications and announcement of Round 1 admission list before July 15, 2025.

+ Organize interviews for candidates who passed Round 1 and officially announce the results after July 15 , 2025 .

The above expected enrollment time may be changed based on the actual end of the school year and according to the direction of the Ha Tinh Department of Education and Training.

3. 4 For admission to International Orientation classes

International orientation program, only enrolling Block 1 with specific standards as follows:

- Admitted to Grade 1 of the School and completed the admission procedures;

- Wish to register for international orientation class;

- Have had time to get familiar with English, meet the minimum standards of the international program as demonstrated through the results of the English interview at the School's entrance exam.

In case the number of successful students registering exceeds the enrollment quota of this Program, the School will consider the criteria based on the results of the preliminary English interview.

3.5 Scholarship program for Grade 6 and Grade 10 students

The school will announce the scholarship program for Grade 6 and Grade 10 students by the end of April 2025.

4. Registration method and documents:

4.1 . Registration method :

- Register directly at the Reception Room, Albert Einstein Primary, Secondary and High School, Alley 151, Vu Quang Street, Hoa Linh Block, Tran Phu Ward, Ha Tinh City, Hotline: 0868.37.27.27.

4.2. Registration time:

- Grade One: Before May 3, 2025

- Grade Six: Before May 17 , 2020 2 5

- Grade 10: Before June 28 , 2025

4.3. Application fee:

The application fee is 200,000 VND/candidate. The school waives the application fee for the following candidates:

- Candidates applying for grade 1 are studying in the School's Pre-Primary course.

- Candidates applying for grade 6 are currently grade 5 students at the school.

- Students applying for grade 10 are currently grade 9 students of the School.

4. 4. Application documents :

- For Grades One and Six:

+ Application form

+ 02 4x6 photos, taken within 3 months.

- For Grade 10: See Section 3.3.

5. Admission procedures ( if admitted), including:

1) Application form for admission;

2) Copy of Birth Certificate;

3) Certificate of completion of the Preschool Education program for Grade One; Primary school transcript for Grade Six; secondary school transcript and temporary graduation certificate for Grade Ten;

4) 02 4×6 photos, taken within 3 months.

5) Fees as prescribed in the Tuition and Service Information table for the 2025-2026 school year.
