706 Coffee Company strives to achieve a yield of 14.2 tons of fresh coffee/ha.

(GLO)- On March 26, 706 Coffee Company (Gia Lai province) held a conference of employee representatives to evaluate the results of production and business activities in 2024 and set out directions and tasks for 2025; striving to achieve a yield of 14.2 tons of fresh coffee/ha.

The report at the conference said that 706 Coffee Company is currently managing 720 hectares (561.7 hectares of contracted business coffee, the rest is liquidated coffee for replanting). In 2024, the total output of the crop year (2024-2025) will reach 7,521 tons of fresh coffee, equal to 108% compared to the crop year (2023-2024); the average yield is 11.45 tons of fresh fruit/ha. By the end of 2024, the Company's total revenue will be 119 billion VND; profit will be 2.1 billion VND; payment to the state budget will be 7.42 billion VND.

In 2025, the Company will continue to implement the sustainable coffee production program according to the 4C principles, focusing on implementing 5 management (technical process management, fertilizer investment, products, debts, land area assigned by the State) on the entire coffee business area; mobilizing the total fresh coffee fruit products imported to the Company's warehouse according to the plan to reach 8,379 tons, the contracted output is 3,137 tons of fresh coffee fruit; average yield is 14.2 tons of fresh fruit/ha; total revenue is 120 billion VND; profit is 5 billion VND.

On this occasion, Vietnam Coffee Corporation awarded the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level; certificates of merit and the title of Advanced Laborer for their achievements in completing production and business tasks in 2024 to 239 individuals. Coffee Company 706 honored Team 2, Team 6 and Team 7 with the gardens with the highest average yield in 2024; 6 individuals won the title of having the highest output imported to the warehouse in 2024.
