Attending the Congress were Mr. Chu Dinh Dong - Deputy Head of the Government Party Committee's Organization Board; Mr. Dang Hong Tuan - Deputy Secretary in charge of the Party Committee, member of the Board of Members, General Director of Vietnam Coffee Corporation; Mr. Nguyen Van Minh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Vietnam Coffee Corporation and leaders of the Party Committee of Vietnam Coffee Corporation; Coffee Companies: Ia Sao 1, 706, Dak Doa, Dak Uy, Buon Ho, 719 and 78 party members in the entire Party Committee of Ia Sao 2 Coffee Company.
Over the past 5 years, the Party Committee of Ia Sao 2 Coffee Company has led and directed the Party Committees of its subordinate branches to achieve many targets set by the resolution. Accordingly, the Party Committee of the Company has promoted leadership to improve the quality of the garden and stabilize productivity. The average fresh coffee output during the term was 7,421 tons/year, reaching 108% of the plan, a growth rate of 2.1% compared to the beginning of the term. The average fresh coffee yield reached 16 tons/ha/year.
Also during the term, the average revenue was 117 billion VND/year, reaching 130% of the plan, the growth rate reached 4.6% compared to the beginning of the term. The average profit before tax was 4 billion VND/year, reaching 266% of the plan; the average state budget payment was 3.2 billion VND/year, reaching 640% of the plan. The average income of workers' households reached 180 million VND/year, reaching 120% of the plan.
Regarding the work of Party building and political system building, many results have been achieved. Accordingly, during the term, the Company's Party Committee has admitted 19 outstanding people into the Party. The quality of the staff and Party members has improved a lot, with high responsibility for work and closeness to the grassroots.
At the Congress, delegates focused on discussing and voting to approve the main targets and key tasks for the 2025-2030 term. Accordingly, the Company's Party Committee strives to be annually assessed and classified as meeting the quality standards for completing tasks well; 100% of affiliated Party cells are annually assessed and classified as meeting the quality standards for completing tasks well or higher; 100% of Party members in the entire Party Committee are annually assessed and classified as meeting the quality standards for completing tasks well or higher; strives to admit 3 new Party members annually. The Company continues to implement the sustainable coffee production program according to the Rainforest, 4C, EUDR principles on the entire coffee business area; the coffee output target is 7,700 tons of fresh coffee/year; the average yield is 16.6 tons of fresh coffee/ha; total revenue is 140 billion VND; pre-tax profit is 6 billion VND.
Speaking at the Congress, on behalf of the Party Committee of Vietnam Coffee Corporation, Mr. Dang Hong Tuan praised and congratulated the achievements of the Party Committee of Ia Sao 2 Coffee Company in the past term.
At the same time, the Party Committee of Ia Sao 2 Coffee Company pointed out the key issues that need to be discussed and implemented in the coming time. That is, after the Congress, we will continue to focus on mobilizing and effectively using all resources, especially promoting internal resources to complete production and business targets, in line with the national GDP growth scenario in 2025, which needs to reach 8% or more. Continue to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the coffee garden production contract plan for the period 2023-2027.
Enhance the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Committee, build a clean, strong, streamlined political system at all levels, operate effectively and efficiently. Build a self-defense force with sufficient numbers, quality training, ready to receive and complete tasks when required.
The Congress elected 7 comrades to the Party Executive Committee of the Company for the 13th term, 2025-2030; Mr. Nguyen Ngo Hung was re-elected as Secretary of the Party Committee of the Company for the 2025-2030 term. The Congress also elected a delegation of 15 comrades (including 13 official delegates and 2 alternate delegates) to attend the 9th Congress of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Coffee Corporation for the 2025-2030 term.
