Accordingly, Director of the Department of Construction Nguyen Truong Son will periodically receive citizens on the last Thursday of every month; morning from 7:30 to 10:30, afternoon from 13:30 to 16:30.

In addition to regular citizen receptions, the Director of the Department of Construction will receive citizens unexpectedly when there is an urgent need for work or at the request of citizens. In case the regular citizen reception cannot be carried out according to the schedule due to urgent work, the Director of the Department will authorize a Deputy Director of the Department to receive citizens instead.

In addition, the Department of Construction Inspectorate will receive citizens regularly on weekdays; morning from 7:30 to 10:30, afternoon from 13:30 to 16:30.
