On the morning of June 25, the Supreme People's Court (SPC) held a ceremony to announce the decision to appoint the Chief Justice of the Thai Binh Provincial People's Court. Attending the ceremony were comrades: Nguyen Van Du, Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court; Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee.

Comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council presented flowers to congratulate the new Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Court.

According to the decision of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, Comrade Do Manh Tang, Intermediate Judge, Deputy Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Court, was appointed to the position of Chief Justice of the Thai Binh Provincial People's Court from July 1, 2024, for a term of 5 years.

Speaking at the direction and assignment, comrade Nguyen Van Du, Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court and comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council emphasized that the appointment of the Chief Justice of the Thai Binh Provincial People's Court was a result of the trust of the Party Committee of the Supreme People's Court and the Standing Committee of the Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee.

The comrades requested that in his new position, the new Chief Justice of the Thai Binh Provincial People's Court should continuously train, preserve and promote revolutionary ethics, well implement the principle of democratic centralism, build a spirit of solidarity, together with the Party Executive Committee and the leadership of the Thai Binh Provincial People's Court at 2 levels to lead and direct the successful completion of tasks; focus on improving the quality of all aspects of work, not allowing injustice, mistakes, or criminals to escape; actively participate in law-making, implementing judicial reforms in accordance with reality and general development trends... contributing to ensuring political security, social order and safety, ensuring the construction of an advanced, fair, and law-abiding judiciary. The leadership of the Thai Binh Provincial People's Court at 2 levels should continue to promote the spirit of internal solidarity, discipline, order, support and create conditions for the new Chief Justices of the Provincial People's Court to successfully complete their assigned tasks.
