On February 3, the Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the establishment of the Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies and the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee; and to merge the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department. Comrade Vu Dai Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, attended and directed the conference.
At the conference, Comrade Bui Thuy Phuong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, announced the decisions of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee on the establishment of the Provincial Party Committee of Provincial Party Agencies and the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee under the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, operating from February 3, 2025.
According to the decisions, the Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies consists of 21 grassroots Party organizations. The Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies has the function of leading subordinate Party organizations to ensure the completion of political tasks, organizational and personnel work; building a clean and strong Party organization associated with building strong agencies, units, sectors and socio-political organizations.
Comrade Trinh Thi Minh Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, holds the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies. Comrades: Nguyen Van Hoi, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, concurrently holds the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; Hoang Quang Hai, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Transport, holds the position of full-time Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee.
The Provincial People's Committee Party Committee consists of 43 grassroots Party organizations. The Provincial People's Committee Party Committee has the function of comprehensively leading the implementation of political tasks of the Provincial People's Committee; organizational and personnel work according to regulations on decentralization of management; Party building work, mass work in the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee.
Comrade Pham Duc An, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, holds the position of Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee. Comrades: Vu Van Dien, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, concurrently holds the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Tran Nhu Long, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, holds the position of full-time Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; Vu Ngoc Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies, holds the position of full-time Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee.
Also at the conference, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the decision of the Provincial Party Committee's Executive Committee on merging the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee into the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee. The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee has 6 department-level units, operating since February 3, 2025. Comrade Nguyen Hong Duong, member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee, holds the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee. The Deputy Heads of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee include: Le Thi Kim Cuc, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee; Nguyen Thi Kim Nhan, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee; Le Manh Cuong, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee; Hoang Van Hai, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee.
Speaking at the conference, Comrade Vu Dai Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, emphasized that within just 2 months since the Politburo and the Secretariat issued a policy to summarize Resolution No. 18, Quang Ninh province has been determined and resolute in implementing it. In particular, in the last days of the year of Giap Thin 2024, when cadres, party members and people have entered the Lunar New Year holiday, the advisory agencies still organized work to promptly advise the Provincial Party Executive Committee to approve projects and plans to arrange and organize the apparatus, ensuring progress and quality according to the direction of the Central and the province.
To continue to effectively implement the tasks in the coming time, the Provincial Party Secretary requested agencies and units to focus on preparing well for the organization of Party congresses at all levels; the directions of the Central and the province on innovation and reorganization of the apparatus; closely monitor, regularly review, promptly grasp and advise on removing difficulties in the implementation process, ensuring that the new apparatus operates effectively, efficiently and smoothly. Absolutely do not allow interruptions in work, contribute to advising and implementing well the political tasks of the Provincial Party Committee. Thereby, creating a foundation for Quang Ninh to enter a new era of development with the country.
