(Dan Tri) - Da Nang is making efforts to resolve difficulties and obstacles in re-determining land prices to collect financial obligations for the Cocobay Da Nang project and a series of other projects.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment of Da Nang city has reported on the progress of re-determining land prices to collect financial obligations for lost revenue and exemptions related to a series of projects.
Of which, for 15 projects mentioned in Inspection Conclusion 2852, the Department of Agriculture and Environment has had 11 reports on plans to collect financial obligations for 11 projects.

The People's Committee of Da Nang City has unanimously approved 3/11 reports on the plan to collect financial obligations for 3 projects: Dong Phuong Beach Villa and Hotel Project; Vinacapital Golf Course Project and Vinacapital Beach Tourism Area.
On that basis, the Department invited the investor to work and notify, prepare documents to hire consultants to determine land prices for 3 projects.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment of Da Nang also provided information on 15 projects to relevant units, guiding investors to supplement missing procedures, ensuring that after investors complete their financial obligations, the project can continue to be implemented or land use right certificates can be issued.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment gave an example, with 3 projects (Alphanam Luxury; land plot 58 Bach Dang; resort, luxury housing The Empire), according to the records, the investment policy has not been approved, leading to insufficient legal basis to determine the construction type as housing for sale or sale combined with rent, to carry out the procedure of granting "red books" to apartment buyers.
It is expected that this year, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Da Nang will advise the City People's Committee to complete the removal of difficulties and obstacles for 9/15 projects.
In the first quarter of 2026, 3/15 projects will complete the de-obstructing process, including The Empire luxury resort and housing project (Cocobay Da Nang); Future Property Invest tourist area project; Hyatt Regency Danang Resort & Spa beach resort project. In the second quarter of 2026, the remaining 3 projects will be completed de-obstructing process.
