The wooden floor in the luxury apartment is imported walnut wood from the US. Mr. Antonio Guarnaschella, Quality Management Expert, IFO said they spent more than 1.5 months to choose the right wood color for the Marriott luxury apartment.

The balcony of the luxury apartment is designed with a carefully researched height to ensure safety and not block the view of residents from the sofa direction. The lighting system in the apartment is also designed by lighting consultants with many years of experience consulting for Marriott's 5-star hotels, bringing warm light to cover the entire apartment.

The kitchen cabinets are custom designed to fit 43 apartment floor plans and are 100% crafted by Italian experts.

In the Lake building alone, there are 43 different kitchen layouts to make the most of the space and connect with the outside nature, corresponding to 43 different kitchen cabinet designs to make the most of the space.

Marriott standard design with elegant, warm, neutral colors

The master bedroom has a multi-dimensional floor-to-ceiling glass system, opening up a panoramic view.
