On June 28, Masterise Homes held an official handover ceremony for the first pink books of Marriott branded apartments at Lake Building, Grand Marina, Saigon (No. 2 Ton Duc Thang, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC) to residents. This is a document demonstrating the legal ownership of the apartment owners, affirming the legality of the project and the reputation of the project development unit.

Marriott Residences at Lake Tower, Grand Marina, Saigon officially opened in November 2023 and is the first completed building in the world's largest Marriott real estate complex developed by Masterise Homes. The project is located right in the heart of District 1, with a "million dollar" view of the Saigon River, the Zoo and the urban landscape. This is the location of the historic Ba Son shipyard.

Marriott branded apartments at Lake building, Grand Marina, Saigon have 46 floors with more than 400 apartments from 1-3 bedrooms, along with utility spaces spread over three floors and managed and operated by Marriott butler team.

In the period of more than 6 months since the official launch, customers have moved to Lake to live and enjoy a different "branded" life, thereby recognizing the value of Marriott branded apartments.
