Tet Giap Thin Care Program 'Zero Dong Mini Supermarket'

This is a program to take care of Tet for policy families in difficult circumstances, poor households, near-poor households, households in difficult circumstances, orphans, workers, laborers and families in difficult circumstances due to the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic in Ho Chi Minh City.

The program takes place in 6 areas, especially focusing on areas with many workers and disadvantaged laborers; areas with many industrial parks, export processing zones; many immigrant workers, poor households, near-poor households, disadvantaged women..., each case will be able to shop at the "Tet 0 Dong Mini Supermarket" for essential goods, food, and Tet food with a value equivalent to 400,000 VND.

The program takes place from January 24 to 27, 2024 and serves and supports more than 15,300 cases during Tet with a total estimated cost of more than 8.5 billion VND.

In addition to the humanitarian value of the program, which is to take care of Tet for the poor and disadvantaged families, the program also aims at other values such as: creating conditions for disadvantaged households to participate in the activities of the "0 Dong Mini Supermarket" to feel the Tet atmosphere, and people participating can choose practical products during Tet that their families really need.

The program is held in 6 areas including Binh Thanh district, district 7, district 10, Binh Tan, Hoc Mon district and Thu Duc city:

Area 1: Binh Thanh District Sports Center, No. 8 Phan Dang Luu, Ward 14, Binh Thanh District, taking care of people in Phu Nhuan - Binh Thanh - Go Vap - Tan Binh - District 1, taking place from January 24 to January 27, 2024.

Area 2: District 7 Children's House, No. 193, Street 30, Tan Quy Dong Ward, District 7, takes care of people in District 4 - District 7 - Nha Be District from January 24 to 12 noon January 26, 2024.

Area 3: Binh Tan District Cultural and Sports Center, No. 565 Kinh Duong Vuong Street, An Lac Ward, Binh Tan District, taking care of people in District 6 - Binh Tan - Tan Phu - Binh Chanh District from January 24 to January 26, 2024.

Area 6: Civil Affairs and Club Building, No. 20 Tam Dao, Ward 15, District 10, taking care of people in District 3 - District 5 - District 8 - District 10 - District 11 from January 24 - January 25, 2023.

“Mini Supermarket Tet 0 Dong 2024” prepares more than 50 items with a quantity of more than 150,000 essential products including items such as rice, milk, sugar, cakes, spices, etc. to serve the needs of people.
