On March 19, Comrade Luong Cuong, Politburo member and President of the State, offered incense at the Memorial Site of General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh and the Memorial House of Lieutenant General Nguyen Binh in Nguyen Van Linh Commune (Yen My); the Temple of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan - President Ho Chi Minh's mother in Dong Tien Commune (Khoai Chau). Also participating in the incense offering were comrades of the Party Central Committee: Tran Van Ron, Permanent Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission; Le Khanh Hai, Head of the Office of the President; Lam Thi Phuong Thanh, Deputy Head of the Office of the Party Central Committee. On the side of Hung Yen province, there were comrades: Nguyen Huu Nghia, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Tran Quoc Toan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Tran Quoc Van, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, etc.
At the Memorial Site of General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh, President Luong Cuong and delegates expressed their respect and deep gratitude to General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh - an excellent student of President Ho Chi Minh, an outstanding son of his homeland Hung Yen. General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh was a steadfast and creative leader of the Party, who made many contributions to the development of his homeland and the country. General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh, together with the Politburo and the Party Central Committee, initiated and led the country's renovation.
Offering incense at the Memorial House of Lieutenant General Nguyen Binh, President Luong Cuong and delegates respectfully paid tribute to and remembered the general with outstanding military talent of the Vietnam People's Army.
At the shrine of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan - the mother of President Ho Chi Minh, President Luong Cuong and delegates offered incense, expressing their respect and infinite gratitude to Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan, who gave birth to the great man of the Vietnamese nation - President Ho Chi Minh. Her life is a typical example of Vietnamese women: responsible, kind, patient, hard-working, devoted to her husband and children.
