GPT Chat, when integrated into Google Drive, will support users with features such as: replying or resolving comments in Docs, Sheets, Slides; choosing the appropriate access level; easily blocking senders or reporting abusive behavior from Drive Chat notifications when information reaches external users.

Although Google Drive Chat is installed automatically, users can still manage notifications, mute, or uninstall the app if they want.

According to an announcement from Google, the Chat Drive application update has been deployed since November 18 and is expected to be completed on January 15, 2025.
